Job summary

TechDigital Group in the United States seeks an experienced Oracle EBS Discrete Manufacturing Functional Lead to drive a large-scale transformation. You will translate manufacturing operations into scalable EBS solutions across multiple production facilities, partnering with plant leadership, engineering, quality, and IT.

The role requires deep expertise in WIP, BOM, Engineering, Inventory, and Quality, plus experience with RICE components, CRP, SIT, and UAT.

Qualifications

8+ years of Oracle EBS functional consulting experience.
Strong Oracle EBS Discrete Manufacturing experience.
Experience translating shop-floor processes to Oracle solutions.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

Lead design, configuration, and implementation in Oracle EBS Discrete Manufacturing.
Serve as primary manufacturing solution lead for EBS transformation.
Collaborate with plant leadership, production, quality, and IT to translate requirements.
Configure WIP, BOM, Engineering, Inventory, and Quality modules.
Coordinate RICE components: Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions.
Design and optimize manufacturing processes and workflows.
Lead testing activities (CRP, SIT, UAT) and support deployment.
Identify improvements and recommend best-practice solutions.
Develop functional specs, process docs, and user training.
