Oracle Developer/SOA Middleware Administrator

The Opportunity:

CACI is seeking an Oracle EBS Consultant / SOA Middleware Administrator to support a Marine Corps Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) based logistics system delivering real-time asset visibility, supply, maintenance, readiness, task organization, repairs, request tracking, and financials.

You will work in a fast-paced pre-Prod and Production operations team troubleshooting and supporting seamless data exchange between interface partners.

Active Top Secret Clearance (T5 background investigation) Required

Responsibilities:
  • Perform daily Interface / Middleware healthcheck
  • Administer interface-related middleware components including SOA, B2B and Axway
  • Deploy approved SOA/Middleware builds in pre-Prod and Production
  • Troubleshoot systemic issues in either EBS or SOA/Middleware, gather and interpret logs, identify root cause and propose technical remediation to restore user functionality and maintain system stability
  • Provide Government Acceptance Testing (GAT) technical support per test documentation
  • Create, deliver, document and execute approved procedures and solutions across most of the Oracle modules, including PO, INV, OM, BOM, AP, AR, PO, GL, and FND
  • Tune and optimize packages, stored procedures, and PL/SQL
  • Review Change Requests, clarify requirements and identify design alternatives
  • Support collection of Audit-related artifacts
Qualifications:

Required

  • Active Top Secret Clearance (T5 background investigation)
  • Security+ certification or equivalent or ability to obtain it
  • Perform technical patch impact analysis for vendor-released patches
  • Oracle SOA Suite 11g and/or 12c Implementation Specialist with proactive issue detection and business solution delivery skills
  • Strong technical knowledge of Oracle modules, including AP, AR, PO, GL, FV, FND, and FA
  • Understanding of Oracle Fusion Middleware components like Oracle SOA Suite and Oracle Service Bus (OSB)
  • Ability to develop, test, and maintain custom APIs for Oracle EBS integration
  • Strong understanding of Oracle SCM business processes and base tables
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Adaptability to changing processes, technologies, and environments
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
  • 10+ years of experience in Oracle EBS Supply Chain Management modules R12/R11
  • Ability to provide 24x7 support as part of a team
  • Experience installing and documenting new SOA 12c environments, extending existing domains, applying patches, scripting in Linux, facilitating interface integration, developing SOA Webservices, and delivering solutions using PL/SQL, OBIEE/OAS, XML, XSLT, and workflow tools
  • Proficiency with Oracle ERP APIs and Open Interface tables in supply chain contexts
  • Experience in requirements analysis, testing, and documentation

Pay Range

The salary range varies based on factors like location, experience, skills, and certifications. Our comprehensive benefits include healthcare, wellness, financial, retirement, family support, education, and time off. The proposed range is:

$82,100 - $172,400
