Concept Plus is seeking an Oracle Developer to sustain client database support and APIs/Interfaces, focusing on PL/SQL development and performance tuning. You will work with cross-functional teams to deliver robust database solutions and maintain code quality across environments.

The role requires US citizenship and an active Secret Clearance, with opportunities to contribute to data migration, ETL tasks, and API integration while advancing security and reliability best practices.

Qualifications

• US Citizenship and active Secret Clearance are required.
• 2+ years of experience with Oracle PL/SQL.
• Experience with Oracle database replication.
• Knowledge of AWS and/or OCI related technologies and utilities.

Responsabilités

• Design, develop, and optimize PL/SQL packages, procedures, functions, triggers, and queries to support application features and business workflows.
• Analyze existing database code and processes to identify performance bottlenecks and implement tuning improvements.
• Collaborate with application developers, business analysts, and data teams to understand requirements and translate them into efficient database solutions.
• Develop and maintain complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and database scripts for reporting, integration, and data processing needs.
• Ensure database code follows best practices for security, reliability, reusability, and performance.
• Work with relational database structures, implementing changes, updates, and schema modifications as required.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and perform root cause analysis on PL/SQL components and database issues.
• Support deployment activities by preparing scripts, validating execution results, and ensuring smooth environment transitions.
• Create and maintain documentation for database structures, data flows, and development standards.
• Participate in code reviews and provide technical guidance on PL/SQL and database standards.
• Assist with data migration, ETL processes, and integration tasks between systems.
• Monitor database performance and collaborate with DBAs to optimize queries, indexes, and storage.

About The Role

Concept Plus is seeking a Oracle Developer to perform sustainment tasks for client database support and APIs/Interfaces. Develops and maintains client Web Services APIs for existing and future client interfaces.

What You'll Do

Required Qualifications

• US Citizen with active Secret Clearance
• BA/BS preferrable, can be replaced by additional experience
• 2+ years of experience with Oracle PL/SQL
• Experience with Oracle database replication
• Knowledge of AWS and/or OCI related technologies and utilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communications skills.
• AGILE Environment experience, DevSecOps
• Have AWS Cloud One or AWS Gov Cloud experience.
