Job summary

PCI Energy Solutions in Norman, OK, is seeking a mid-level Oracle Database Administrator to maintain, optimize, and migrate databases across on‑premises and cloud environments. The role reports to the database team and requires US citizenship.

The position offers a hybrid work model with one day at home and four days in the Norman office. You will own day-to-day operations, participate in migrations, and work with senior team members on complex projects, ensuring uptime and data integrity.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with databases in a corporate environment.
• 3+ years of experience with Oracle installation and support in Linux and Windows environments.
• 3+ years of hands-on SQL performance tuning, including execution plans and indexing.
• 2+ years using Oracle Data Pump.
• 1+ year cloud experience: AWS mandatory, Azure beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day operational support for on-prem and cloud databases.
• Lead Oracle database migrations using DMS, GoldenGate, ZDM, RMAN, and Data Pump.
• Collaborate with DBAs, developers, and vendors to deliver quality service.
• Develop and maintain scripts to automate database operations.
