Job summary

PCI Energy Solutions in Norman, OK is seeking a Mid Level Oracle Database Administrator to build, maintain, and support databases across on‑premises and cloud platforms. You will work with a team of DBAs and developers to ensure reliability, performance, and security.

This role requires 3+ years of Oracle experience, strong tuning skills, and experience with Data Pump, RMAN, and migrations to AWS/OCI. Hybrid work is offered, with 1 day remote and 4 days in the Norman office.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with databases in a corporate environment.
• 3+ years of Oracle installation and support in Linux and Windows.
• 3+ years of SQL performance tuning and indexing strategy.
• 2+ years using Oracle Data Pump.
• 1+ year of cloud exposure: AWS (must).

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot database environments, respond to alerts, and escalate as needed.
• Analyze queries, identify tuning opportunities, and implement indexing changes.
• Lead and execute Oracle database migrations across on‑premises, AWS, and OCI.
• Build and maintain automation scripts for operations and security.
