Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years in database technologies (SQL Server, MariaDB, PostgreSQL, Oracle, etc.).
• 5+ years in database management expertise.
• Configure Oracle apps and databases: WebLogic, OIM, Oracle 12c/19c, Exadata.
• Proficient with MS SQL, SQL Server, SQL clusters, MariaDB, MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, MS Access.
• Ability to create/manage standalone SQL and Oracle databases.
• Ability to identify issues, perform server maintenance, install patches.

As an Oracle DBA, potential candidates will be responsible for administering, configuring, and maintaining Oracle databases (12c/19c), including WebLogic, OIM, and Exadata environments. The role involves performing database installation, upgrades, patching, performance tuning, and ensuring system reliability, security, and compliance. The DBA supports multiple database technologies such as SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MariaDB, and MySQL, providing expertise in troubleshooting, backup, and recovery. Collaboration with development and infrastructure teams is key to optimizing database performance and supporting enterprise applications.

Required Skills

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field. Equivalent work experience.
• SMEs should have 5+ years of experience across a wide range of database technologies (SQL Server, MariaDB, PostgreSQL, Oracle, etc.).
• The Offeror s SMEs will be required to have a minimum of 5 years experience in database management.
• Configure Oracle applications and databases to include Oracle Application Servers (WebLogic), Applications (OIM), Databases (Oracle Database 12c/19c), Exadata.
• The SMEs must have proficiency in the following database disciplines: MS SQL, SQL Server, SQL Cluster Environments, Maria DB, MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, and MS Access.
• The SMEs must be proficient in creating and managing standalone SQL and Oracle databases.
• SMEs must be able to identify issues, perform server maintenance, install software patches, etc.
