Job summary

Infosys is seeking a Package Consultant 3 in the Oracle unit in the United States (San Ramon, CA) to optimize business processes, define solution architecture, and drive complex ERP customizations and integrations.

You will manage end-to-end processes (Lead-to-Quote, Quote-to-Order, Renewal), lead data migrations, and ensure security/compliance while collaborating with offshore delivery teams. Bachelor’s degree required; relocation may be needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required; three years of progressive experience may substitute for education.
• Experience with Oracle CX/ERP integrations and APIs, and with AMS/production support.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze complex business processes to identify optimization opportunities and draft requirements.
• Define and develop solution architecture, guiding customization and integration efforts.
• Design and implement advanced ERP customizations and critical software applications with the development team.
• Develop and implement complex integration workflows and large-scale data migration strategies.
• Implement performance, security, and compliance initiatives and lead audits.
• Create detailed documentation and lead training workshops for users.
