Job summary

Infosys is seeking a skilled Package Consultant 3 for Oracle CX/ERP integration leadership in the United States. You will architect and deliver complex Oracle CPQ Cloud and CX solutions, drive data migrations, and oversee production support and continuous improvement initiatives.

You will collaborate with global teams, define integration strategies, and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture and security standards. Relocation/travel may be required; US work authorization is required.

Qualifications

Experience in Oracle CPQ Cloud technology.
Experience in Oracle CX with ERP Cloud integrations.
Experience in Solution Architecture, AMS, and production support.
Understanding end-to-end Lead-to-Quote and Quote-to-Order processes.
Experience integrating Oracle CX with ERP Cloud and third-party systems via APIs/Web Services/OIC.
Experience managing incidents, requests, root-cause analysis and releases.
Experience in governance, architecture reviews, and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

Analyze complex business processes to identify optimization opportunities and draft detailed requirement specifications.
Define and develop solution architecture, steering customization and integration efforts.
Design and implement advanced customizations using ERP platform capabilities.
Develop and implement complex integration workflows and data migration strategies.
Implement performance optimization, security, and compliance initiatives.
Develop documentation and lead trainings for knowledge transfer.
