IBM Consulting is hiring an Associate Oracle Consultant to help clients select, implement, and support Oracle packaged solutions. You’ll work with clients across industries, supporting workshops, interviews, and project planning to deliver business value.

The role is based in Canada (Montreal, Calgary, Toronto, Ottawa) with hybrid work options and cohorts starting May 2027 or September 2027. MBA/PhD not eligible for this program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in client-facing consulting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients in selection, implementation, and support of Oracle packaged software solutions.
• Drive workshops, meetings, and interviews with stakeholders.
• Develop process maps for As-Is and To-Be scenarios.
• Support delivery of strategic recommendations and project management activities.
