Experience integrating Oracle Communications BRM with Oracle Fusion Financials, Accounting Hub, SCM, EPM, and/or comparable enterprise platforms.
Strong understanding of telecommunications billing, customer and billing-account hierarchies, recurring and usage charging, rating, bill cycles, invoicing, adjustments, receivables, collections, payments, revenue accounting, GL integration, and reconciliation.
Experience with enterprise integration architectures, preferably OIC and MuleSoft/API-led integration patterns.
Understanding of telecommunications customer, billing-account, service, device/SIM/circuit, product-offer, subscription, usage-event, order, activation, and fulfillment data models.
Demonstrated experience in telecommunications or communications-service-provider environments is required; experience with high-volume billing, usage mediation, rating, rerating, and billing operations is strongly preferred.
