The role is hybrid, requiring three days in the office with hiring locations including Atlanta, Dallas or Tampa. Ideal candidates have extensive testing experience and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in testing methodologies and processes, with a focus on Oracle systems including Oracle Cloud Testing Automation and Oracle Cloud Integration.

Responsibilities

• Lead the testing effort and plan, construct, and execute release tests.
• Apply testing methodologies, principles, and processes to define and implement key metrics for test execution and defect resolution.
• Utilize business and functional knowledge to meet overall test objectives.
• Coach and advise testers to ensure high-quality delivery and team performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on testing goals and objectives.
