Job summary

Programmers.io is seeking an expert to lead Oracle Cloud architecture across ERP, HCM, EPM, and FDI. You will define integrations, data flows, and technical designs to ensure scalable and secure enterprise solutions aligned with business needs.

Responsibilities include overseeing implementation, customization, and configuration, plus delivering governance across performance, security, and patch impact. Strong leadership and cross-system collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience with Oracle ERP, HCM, EPM, and FDI across full project lifecycles.
• Strong architectural leadership and design of end-to-end Oracle Cloud solutions.
• Define integrations and data flows between Oracle Cloud and third-party systems.
• Oversight of implementation, customization, and configuration for Oracle modules.
• Governance of performance, security, and patch impact within enterprise standards.

• Define integrations, data flows, and technical design between Oracle Cloud applications and third-party systems.
• Drive implementation, customization, and configuration oversight for Oracle ERP, HCM, EPM, and FDI modules.
• Provide technical leadership across project lifecycle including fit-gap analysis, blueprinting, and reviews.
• Own issue resolution, performance optimization, and security governance with SRs and patch reviews.

• Strong experience across Oracle ERP, HCM, EPM, and FDI
• Lead end-to-end Oracle Cloud architecture and solution design across ERP, HCM, EPM, and FDI, ensuring scalable, secure, and integrated enterprise solutions aligned with business requirements.
• Define and guide integrations, data flows, and technical design between Oracle Cloud applications, third-party systems, reporting platforms, and enterprise data sources using best-practice architecture patterns.
• Drive implementation, customization, and configuration oversight for Oracle ERP, HCM, EPM, and FDI modules, including extensions, workflows, reports, security, approvals, and technical setups.
• Provide technical leadership across project lifecycle including fit-gap analysis, solution blueprinting, design reviews, development governance, testing support, cutover planning, and production stabilization.
• Own issue resolution, performance optimization, and compliance governance by managing Oracle SRs, troubleshooting integrations and configurations, reviewing quarterly patch impacts, and ensuring adherence to security and enterprise standards
