Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Platform Security Manager in California to lead security initiatives for Oracle Cloud-based ERP and HCM implementations. This role focuses on hardening environments, monitoring security, and ensuring governance, risk, and compliance across enterprise platforms.

You will design security configurations, manage risk controls, and guide teams through cloud migrations while staying aligned with Oracle roadmaps and industry best practices.

Qualifications

• 5+ years designing, implementing, and/or assessing Oracle Cloud security and SOD controls.
• 5+ years in Oracle Cloud Security including role designing across functional and technical domain areas.
• 5+ years managing Oracle Cloud product implementations and configurations.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience.
• Travel required; amount varies from 0 to 100% depending on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Develop, refine, and implement security strategies and solutions tailored to HCM and ERP within Oracle Cloud to protect sensitive business data.
• Contribute to a strong client relationship through interactions with client personnel.
• Communicate expectations and provide direction to the client and engagement team.
• Plan engagements, align deliverables, verify deliverables meet contract and work plan objectives.
• Design and enforce strict security configurations and access controls for cloud migration or setup.
• Review security configurations and stay updated on Oracle product roadmaps and security enhancements.
• Develop and implement Risk Management Cloud access controls and configuration controls.
• Monitor internal controls within Oracle Cloud HCM and ERP for data integrity and compliance.
• Independently create written deliverables and participate in presentations.
• Recognize, qualify and communicate opportunities to sell add-on work.
