Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Security Manager in Platform Security with a focus on Oracle Cloud security for ERP/HCM and other core platforms. You will lead hardening, monitoring, governance, risk, and compliance programs while guiding client engagements and security configurations.

Role requires 5+ years in Oracle Cloud security, strong design and leadership skills, and travel up to 100% as needed. You will collaborate with clients and engagement teams to deliver secure cloud solutions and sustained

Qualifications

5+ years designing, implementing, or assessing Oracle Cloud security and SOD controls.
5+ years in Oracle Cloud Security including role design across domains.
5+ years managing Oracle Cloud product implementations and configurations.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience.
Travel will be required (0–100%).

Responsibilities

Develop security strategies for HCM and ERP within Oracle Cloud.
Maintain client relationships through direct interactions.
Provide direction to client and engagement team.
Plan engagements and verify deliverables meet contract/work plan.
Design strict security configurations and access controls during cloud migrations.
Review security configurations and stay updated with Oracle roadmaps.
Develop and implement Risk Management Cloud access controls.
Monitor internal controls within Oracle Cloud HCM/ERP for data integrity.
Create written deliverables and participate in presentations.
Identify opportunities to sell add-on work.
