Accenture is seeking a Security Manager specializing in platform security to safeguard ERP, HCM and cloud environments. You will lead hardening, monitoring, governance and compliance efforts across Oracle Cloud applications.

Role emphasizes designing security workflows, risk controls, and collaboration with client teams to ensure delivery of secure, compliant solutions and effective security governance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years designing, implementing, and/or assessing Oracle Cloud security and SOD controls.
• Minimum 5 years of Oracle Cloud Security experience across multiple product versions.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience; associate degree requires 6 years experience.
• Travel required; 0–100% depending on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Develop security strategies for HCM and ERP within Oracle Cloud.
• Manage client relationships and guide engagement teams.
• Plan engagements and align deliverables with contracts and work plans.
• Design and enforce strict security configurations and access controls.
• Stay updated on Oracle product roadmaps and security enhancements.
• Develop Risk Management Cloud access and transaction controls.
• Monitor internal controls in Oracle Cloud HCM/ERP for data integrity.
