Job summary

Deloitte France is seeking an Engineering Manager II to lead Oracle Cloud security efforts across ERP, HCM, and SCM. You will design RBAC and separation of duties while supporting Risk Management Cloud implementations to ensure secure, reliable operations.

The role requires extensive experience with Oracle Cloud security, leadership in multi-country programs, and the ability to mentor teams while delivering governance and compliance solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field as listed in the job description.
• 6+ years of experience with Oracle security and governance, risk, and compliance.
• 3+ end-to-end Oracle Cloud ERP implementations led.

Responsibilities

• Lead Oracle Cloud security assessments and implementations across ERP, HCM, and SCM, including role design and segregation of duties.
• Design and deploy Oracle Risk Management Cloud capabilities and controls.
• Manage multi-release and multi-country programs with scope, budget, and resources oversight.
• Guide teams to develop reusable accelerators and improve delivery efficiency.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define security strategy and transition solutions into operations.
