Job summary

Deloitte’s Cyber practice seeks an Engineering Manager II to lead Oracle Cloud security assessments across ERP, HCM, and SCM, guiding role design, access controls, and control configuration.

You will manage multi-country programs, mentor teams, and collaborate with client stakeholders to define security strategy and transition solutions into operations. A travel expectation of up to 50% applies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cyber Security, Information Security, Engineering, Information Technology, MIS, Finance or Business
• 6+ years Oracle security, governance, risk and compliance experience
• 3+ end-to-end Oracle Cloud ERP implementation projects led
• 3+ years designing Oracle Cloud roles for Financials, SCM, HCM or EPM
• 3+ years delivering programs with multiple releases or countries
• 3+ years leading security design workshops and configuring Oracle Risk Management Cloud
• Ability to travel 50% on average

Responsibilities

• Lead Oracle Cloud security assessments across ERP, HCM, and SCM, including role design and access controls
• Design and deploy Oracle Risk Management Cloud capabilities (AC, FAC, FRC)
• Manage multi-release and multi-country programs (workshops, scope, budget, resources, quality)
• Mentor teams and develop reusable accelerators for delivery efficiency
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define security strategy and transition solutions into operations
