Job summary

Infosys is seeking a Technology Consultant 3 in the United States to drive ERP implementation, maintenance, and Oracle Cloud Financials initiatives for diverse clients. You will lead workshops, craft designs, and guide offshore teams to deliver aligned solutions.

The role emphasizes architecture, project management, and client-facing delivery, with opportunities to influence tool selections and roadmaps across ERP programs.

Qualifications

• Experience with ERP implementations and rollout across large programs.
• Leadership in ERP programs with functional/technical oversight.
• Experience in maintenance and production support (steady state).
• Knowledge of Oracle Cloud Financials (GL, AP, AR).
• Project planning and execution expertise.
• PM certification (PMP) is preferred.
• Experience integrating external partners and EDI interactions.
• Strong client-facing communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Create business requirement docs from workshops and stakeholder input.
• Design high- and low-level software architectures with prototypes.
• Develop critical software and align coding standards with design specs.
• Create and execute comprehensive testing strategies.
• Guide technical implementation of system infrastructure and new apps.
• Coordinate system rollouts and minimize disruptions.
• Analyze incidents, identify root causes, and propose sustainable fixes.
• Build knowledge bases and provide client & team insights.
• Support tool selection and contribute to roadmaps.
• Contribute to proposals and RFPs with implementation insights.
