Job summary

Infosys Limited is seeking a Package Project Lead 3 in the United States to lead large-scale ERP projects with Oracle Cloud implementations. You will facilitate cross-functional collaboration, engage executive stakeholders, and drive process improvements to maximize project value.

The role requires deep experience in Oracle ERP Cloud PPM, Project Financials, and PM Cloud, with a focus on aligning resources, budgets, and milestones to business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in Functional consulting and solutions architecture.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills required.
• Experience in Oracle ERP Cloud PPM modules, Project Financials Management and Project Execution Management.
• Experience in Oracle Project Management Cloud.
• Experience in Oracle Financials Cloud (GL, AP & AR).
• Experience in data models and cloud Fusion Architecture including PPM processes.
• Experience in multiple Oracle cloud implementation programs.
• Experience in solution development/configurations for Oracle PPM modules.
• Certified Oracle PPM Cloud modules.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and data-driven decisions to ensure project execution aligns with objectives.
• Engage with senior stakeholders to define project scope and foster consensus.
• Refine project management processes using best practices for efficiency.
• Establish quality benchmarks and implement risk management strategies.
• Monitor project margins and align with financial targets.
• Develop RFP responses and assist in client discussions for commercial estimates and Go-to-Market strategies.
• Oversee resource allocation and set performance objectives for teams.
• Lead organizational change initiatives and design training roadmaps for smooth adoption.
