Your role, your impact

As an Oracle Cloud Planning principal consultant specializing in capital, you will leverage your domain and techno-functional expertise to support Oracle EPM implementations and sales cycles, specifically focusing on Oracle’s Capex module. You will assist with aligning business processes to EPM needs, breaking down EPM content for business users and leaders, assisting with functional process testing, outlining reporting needs, and ensuring the implementation and adherence to technical leading practices. Additionally, you will contribute to Alithya’s unique intellectual property in Capital Portfolio Planning (CPP) and support clients and delivery teams with fit-gap analysis and configuration of that content.

This role is open to candidates across the United States.

Responsibilities

1. Act as a planning techno-functional lead on all CPP projects;
2. Create and implement standards for CPP project delivery;
3. Maintain and evolve the CPP solution, including the gold copy of the codeset, business process content and implementation checklists;
4. Lead and assist other consultants;
5. Establish a roadmap for enhancements and extended functionality;
6. Support CPP presales where technical insights are required, including contributing to the development of estimates and the demonstration of the CPP accelerator.

Keys to your success

At least a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) or relevant experience;

Minimum of 8 years of experience working with or implementing Oracle Planning solutions, with focused experience in capital programs;

Experience implementing Oracle Cloud Planning, specifically Oracle’s Capex module;

Business process expertise in Capital Planning;

Working knowledge of support processes and Oracle EPM products for reporting and integration;

Functional knowledge of business processes related to capital programs, including capital expenditures, purchase orders, fixed assets and treasury;

Demonstrated ability to use fit-gap design principles to facilitate the re-use of existing solutions;

Strong team player with leadership capabilities with proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment;

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.
