This is a remote role that may be hired in several markets in the United States. Proximity to our San Francisco office is preferable, as much of our team is located there and gets together occasionally to work collaboratively in person.

Responsibilities
What You’ll Do
You will serve as a Lead UX Designer within the Lending and Credit Product Management team, helping to create a new end-to-end digital lending experience used by thousands of innovative companies across the U.S. and beyond. Your role involves reimagining how SVB can optimize credit product experiences for clients and lending portfolio management for our staff, considering platform complexities and regulatory requirements. You will deliver UX/UI designs through prototyping, user research, validation, developing frameworks across multiple product teams, and facilitating discovery workshops with users and stakeholders. Collaborating closely with Product Managers, Developers, Content Strategists, and UX Researchers, you will produce high-quality UX deliverables that shape comprehensive user experiences to help clients achieve their goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree with 4 years of experience, or High School Diploma/GED with 8-10 years of experience in digital product design within an agile environment.
