Sr. IT Functional Analyst - Oracle MDM/PLM/PDH

The Sr. IT Functional MDM/PDH Analyst role requires a strong background in Oracle MDM and PLM processes, preferably in Oracle Product Data Hub. This role focuses on leading and suggesting industry best practices around PLM and MDM. The candidate should have experience in managing business requirements supporting MDM, supporting processes that enhance real-time collaboration such as dashboards and integrations, and collaborating cross-functionally to support data governance around PLM. Knowledge in data cleansing, auditing, manufacturing, and supply chain processes is essential. The role also involves developing and enforcing data standards, policies, and procedures to support MDM and PLM initiatives.

Responsibilities include:
  1. Design, build, and implement functional and technical solutions to meet business requirements.
  2. Lead and participate in all phases of system implementation, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment.
  3. Provide functional and testing expertise in Supply Chain, Distributions, Manufacturing, or Finance.
  4. Assess project impacts and manage scope and requirements.
  5. Identify risks and benefits of designs, and analyze costs/benefits.
  6. Lead configuration and testing tasks, including regression testing.
  7. Utilize disciplined development methodologies for continuous application evolution.
  8. Manage issue, problem, and change management to ensure system availability.
  9. Address root causes of production problems and resolve application support issues.
  10. Formulate and document requirements, design specifications, and test plans.
  11. Develop and deliver project status presentations.
  12. Follow SDLC and SQA standards to ensure quality.
  13. Manage project deadlines and ensure deliverables meet scope, time, and budget constraints.
  14. Communicate effectively with business partners and support internal IT processes.
  15. Manage service requests with vendors.
  16. Travel approximately 25% for on-site support and meetings.

Qualifications

Minimum:

  • 6 years of experience with Oracle MDM/PLM and PDH processes.
  • 6 years of experience leading projects and teams.

Preferred:

  • 10+ years of experience in Oracle MDM/PLM and PDH in manufacturing.
Education
  • Minimum: Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Preferred: Master’s degree in related field.
Compensation and Benefits

Salary range: $107,143.99 - $150,001.60 per year.
