Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Oracle Cloud Payroll implementation and support, with a focus on payroll costing.
• Proficiency in Oracle Cloud Payroll modules, including Core HR, Benefits, and Compensation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret payroll requirements.
• Minimum one end-to-end implementation experience; US payroll experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Oracle Cloud Payroll implementation projects from requirements gathering to deployment.
• Provide expert guidance on payroll costing setup, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with clients to understand payroll processes and suggest improvements.
• Develop and maintain project documentation, including specs and test plans.
• Conduct training sessions for clients and provide ongoing support.
• Troubleshoot issues and stay current with Oracle Cloud Payroll features and best practices.
