Job summary

Graviton Consulting is seeking a full-time Oracle Cloud Procure-to-Pay (P2P) Consultant to support Oracle Cloud Financials and related modules within our Managed Services team.

The role emphasizes P2P configuration, production support, and client advisory, with emphasis on process optimization and strong communication. Candidates with PeopleSoft experience are welcome to apply. Travel as needed, no third parties.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience configuring and supporting Oracle Cloud ERP Financials across full lifecycle.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud Procure-to-Pay modules: Purchasing, Payables, Supplier Management, Procurement Contracts, Expenses, SS Procurement.
• Experience supporting end-to-end P2P business processes: requisitioning, purchasing, PO, receiving, invoice, payments, supplier onboarding, spend analysis.
• Troubleshooting production issues, managing service requests, root-cause analysis, and delivering enhancements in Managed Services.
• Gather, document, and analyze client requirements to recommend scalable Oracle Cloud configurations.
• Experience with Oracle Cloud Financials modules like GL, Cash Management, AR, Projects, Budgetary Control, Fixed Assets is a plus.
• Strong understanding of financial controls, approvals, and integrations with P2P processes.
• Lifecycle knowledge: requirements, design, configuration, testing, go-live, and support.
• Provide leadership and best-practice recommendations to improve efficiency and controls.
• Excellent communication, documentation, analytical, problem-solving, and client-facing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with technical teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Configure and support Oracle Cloud ERP Financials from requirements to post-production support.
• Lead and advise on P2P modules and related integrations.
• Resolve production issues and deliver functional enhancements in a Managed Services setting.
• Gather business requirements and recommend scalable Oracle Cloud configurations.
• Provide client-facing guidance and best-practice recommendations.
