Qualifications

Experience configuring and supporting Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials, GL focus.
Experience supporting Oracle Cloud ERP in a managed services or post-production support setting.
Experience with full Oracle Cloud implementation lifecycle.
Strong understanding of General Ledger functionality and related modules.
Excellent client-facing communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Provide ongoing functional support and optimization for Oracle Cloud Financials.
Configure and deliver Oracle Cloud solutions aligned to client requirements.
Troubleshoot functional issues, document resolutions, and manage client requests.
Offer operational guidance across the client lifecycle and drive enhancements.
Collaborate with clients to understand business needs and translate into practical configurations.
