Job summary

Deloitte is seeking an Oracle Manager to lead cloud strategy, architecture, and AI-enabled implementations for client organizations in the Oracle ERP Cloud space.

You will drive cloud migration, data consolidation, and advisory work, mentoring teams and delivering client value with a focus on enterprise-scale solutions. A strong background in Oracle tech and a willingness to travel is essential.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience designing enterprise IT solutions, including 4+ years with Oracle technologies.
• Experience leading or managing reports, integrations, conversions, and extensions (RICE) delivery for Oracle ERP Cloud implementations, including use of the Oracle ERP Cloud build framework for RICE objects.
• Experience delivering Oracle ERP Cloud platform as a service (PaaS) extension using leading practices.
• 2+ years of experience leading Oracle Cloud integration initiatives using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or Oracle SOA Suite.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science, information technology, software engineering, information systems, or engineering.
• Ability to travel 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

Responsibilities

• Lead Oracle cloud strategy, architecture, and implementation efforts for client organizations.
• Design and deliver embedded artificial intelligence (AI) agent capabilities within Oracle Cloud, including Oracle AI Agent Studio, Fusion embedded agents, and OCI Generative AI services.
• Lead cloud migration, application consolidation, and database consolidation initiatives.
• Conduct application and database cloud suitability assessments and translating findings into implementation recommendations.
• Lead project teams, providing technical guidance during delivery, and aligning solution design and implementation to client business objectives.
