Job summary

Deloitte is seeking an Oracle Cloud Financials Manager in the United States to lead multi-workstream implementations for clients, guiding requirements, fit-gap analysis, configuration, testing, training, and post-go-live support. You will partner with executives and cross-functional teams to redesign processes and drive value.

You will mentor junior staff, contribute to business development, and travel up to 50% as projects span industries across the country. Recruiting ends 1/31/27.

Qualifications

• Functional implementation experience with 4+ complex, full lifecycle Oracle Cloud Financials implementations.
• 7+ years' experience implementing any combination of Oracle Financials modules.
• Experience defining systems strategy, documenting business requirements, leading fit-gap analysis, designing current-state and future-state business processes, supporting conference room pilots, functional configuration, testing, and user training.
• Ability to travel 50% on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.
• A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Information Systems, or another related field

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation workstreams and advise client stakeholders.
• Manage day-to-day interactions with client executives, sponsors, and stakeholders.
• Design current-state and future-state processes, including scenario design and opportunities to improve efficiency, controls, and decision-making.
• Coach junior practitioners and contribute to staffing, recruiting, and retention efforts.
• Support business development activities, including pursuit participation, proposal development, scope definition, and pricing discussions.
• Coach, mentor, and provide clear guidance to junior team members and emerging leaders.
