Job summary

Concept Plus, LLC seeks an experienced Practice/Technology Manager to lead Cloud Adoption and Risk Management initiatives for government and enterprise clients. This leadership role drives cloud transformation, overseeing change management and ensuring proper configuration of cloud-based solutions.

The ideal candidate combines consulting leadership, cloud expertise, and change management to help clients adopt cloud technologies while managing operational, security, compliance, and business risks.

Qualifications

• US citizen eligible for US Public Trust.
• 8+ years in cloud technologies, enterprise systems, transformation, or related tech.
• Minimum of 4 years in consulting, leadership, program management, or related tech.
• Experience leading cloud adoption, digital transformation, or enterprise modernization.
• Experience implementing organizational change management methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead cloud adoption initiatives and guide transformation strategies.
• Develop organizational change management plans for cloud adoption.
• Oversee configuration of cloud solutions to align with objectives and compliance.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to consulting teams and stakeholders.
• Establish and manage cloud governance, risk management, and compliance frameworks.
• Assess readiness and develop strategies to mitigate adoption risks.
• Collaborate with executives and technical teams to align initiatives with goals.
• Support business development, including proposals and capability demos.
• Develop project plans, roadmaps, and risk assessments for engagements.
• Ensure delivery of cloud transformations by managing scope, schedule, and quality.
• Promote best practices for cloud security and resilience.
