Job summary

Your Role And Responsibilities

As an Oracle Cloud HCM Solution Architect, you will lead the design and implementation of integrated, high-quality solutions that meet customer objectives. You will analyze business needs to ensure that the Oracle solution aligns with the customer’s goals by combining industry best practices, product knowledge, and business acumen.

Your Primary Responsibilities Will Include

• Design and Implement Solutions: Lead the design and implementation of integrated, high-quality solutions that meet customer objectives, combining industry best practices, product knowledge, and business acumen to ensure alignment with customer goals.
• Evaluate Methods and Techniques: Evaluate and select the appropriate methods and techniques to deliver both functional and technical solutions, resolving complex customer issues by recommending and implementing innovative solutions.
• Provide Direction and Oversight: Provide direction and oversight to project teams, influencing key decisions made by customer leadership to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Support Business Development: Support business development efforts by pursuing new opportunities and extensions, leveraging expertise in HCM business processes to identify potential growth areas.
• Architect Technology Solutions: Architect and design technology solutions that encompass multiple products or platforms, utilizing expertise in HCM business processes across modules.
