Job summary

Deloitte is seeking an Oracle Cloud Financials Senior Consultant to lead and assist client engagements, gathering requirements, designing business processes, and coordinating project activities.

You will work with stakeholders, perform fit-gap analyses, and help implement Oracle solutions, including training and post-go-live support. Travel ~50% is expected in this client-facing role.

Qualifications

• Requires functional implementation experience with 2+ full lifecycle Oracle Cloud Financials implementations.
• 3+ years' experience implementing Oracle Cloud Financials modules.
• Experience documenting requirements, fit-gap analyses, designing processes, and supporting pilots, configuration, testing, and training.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day interactions with client stakeholders and project team members.
• Contribute to Oracle Cloud Financials implementation activities across requirements, design, testing, and training.
• Assist with current-state and future-state process design and scenario development.
• Prepare project deliverables and support workstream execution across phases.
• Support internal business development activities, including proposals and pursuit materials.
• Mentor and coach junior team members to share knowledge and collaboration.
