Job summary

TTI, Inc. in Fort Worth, TX, seeks an IS Business Analyst (Oracle) to serve as the liaison between Finance and IT for Oracle Cloud Financials.

The role requires strong GL, Business Units, and AP knowledge, and the ability to translate requirements into scalable configurations and reports. Responsibilities include gathering requirements, configuring Oracle Cloud Financials, troubleshooting, supporting month-end close, and developing OTBI/BI Publisher reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Information Systems, or related discipline preferred.
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst/Functional Analyst supporting ERP financial processes.
• 3+ years of hands-on Oracle Cloud Financials experience with GL and AP.
• Experience with Oracle Cloud Financials is required.
• Knowledge of OTBI and BI Publisher reporting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Gather, document, and validate business requirements for GL, Business Units/enterprise structures, and AP processes; translate requirements into functional solutions.
• Support and enhance Oracle Cloud Financials configurations using FSM in alignment with governance standards.
• Troubleshoot functional issues, analyze root causes, and coordinate resolution with technical teams and Oracle Support.
• Support month-end/quarter-end close activities, including issue triage and reconciliation support.
• Create and maintain documentation (process flows, requirements, configuration notes, test scripts).
• Participate in quarterly Oracle Cloud release readiness and coordinate UAT with Finance users.
