Job summary

Élan Partners is seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud Financials Business Analyst to join our Fort Worth, TX team. This onsite role collaborates with Finance and IT to optimize Oracle Cloud Financials, focusing on GL, AP, P2P, and enterprise structures.

You will translate business needs into practical Oracle solutions, perform testing, data management, and process improvements while working closely with stakeholders and technical teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as BA/functional analyst in ERP for Finance.
• 3+ years hands-on Oracle Cloud Financials.
• Strong GL, AP, P2P, and enterprise structures knowledge.
• Experience with month-end close, workflows, and financial controls.
• Experience gathering requirements and creating functional specs.
• Experience testing (unit/regression/UAT).

Responsibilities

• Partner with Finance and stakeholders to translate requirements into Oracle Cloud solutions.
• Support Oracle Cloud Financials across GL, AP, P2P, and enterprise structures.
• Configure Oracle Cloud with FSM adhering to governance and change management.
• Analyze issues, coordinate resolutions with IT, integrators, and Oracle Support.
• Provide functional support during month-end/quarter-end close.
• Develop and maintain financial reports using OTBI and BI Publisher.
• Support data imports, conversions, and mass-maintenance with FBDI/ADFdi.
• Coordinate testing with Finance stakeholders and end users.
• Document processes, configuration, test scripts, and runbooks.
• Help train end users and drive adoption of new functionality.
