TITLE: Oracle Cloud Finance Consultant - FA, GL, Costing

LOCATION: Atlanta, GA

We are looking for a seasoned Oracle Cloud Finance Consultant with a focus onFixed Assets (FA), General Ledger (GL) and Costing. The ideal candidate will excel in business analysis, configuration, and reporting, and will collaborate with stakeholders to enhance business processes through Oracle Applications.

Main Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, provide guidance on system functionalities, and recommend design solution using Oracle Applications.
• Perform in-depth data analysis, reconciliations, and provide recommendations to improve business processes.
• Work with cross-functional teams to implement system upgrades, enhancements, and integrations.
• Create reports using Oracle financial reporting tools.
• Provide functional support to Business and Development teams.
• Support business teams in analyzing ledger reconciliation issues during month end and quarter end.
• Develop and execute test plans, perform testing, and resolve issues.
• Provide training and support to end-users to facilitate smooth transitions.

Main Requirements:

• Oracle ERP Cloud Record to Report (R2R) Business Analyst/Solution Owner with minimum 8 years of experience with focus on business analysis, configuration, and reporting.
• Extensive experience in configuring and implementing Oracle Financial modules including General Ledger (GL), Intercompany (IC), Sub-ledger Accounting (SLA) and Fixed Assets (FA).
• Good exposure to Procure to Pay (P2P) and Invoice to Cash (I2C) cycle with solid grasp in Oracle Payables (AP), Receivables (AR), Revenue Management (RMCS) and Cash Management (CE).
• The candidate should be very good at managing both technical and functional aspects.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to anchor design discussions with various stakeholders from business and IT.
• Proficiency in data migration with FBDI, ADFdi.
• Certification in Finance modules will be an added advantage.
