Position: Oracle Cloud Finance Consultant - FA, GL, Costing

Location: Atlanta, GA

We seek a seasoned Oracle Cloud Finance Consultant specializing in Fixed Assets (FA), General Ledger (GL), and Costing. The candidate should excel in business analysis, configuration, reporting, and stakeholder collaboration to optimize business processes through Oracle Applications.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, advise on system functionalities, and recommend design solutions using Oracle Applications.
2. Conduct detailed data analysis, reconciliations, and suggest process improvements.
3. Coordinate system upgrades, enhancements, and integrations with cross-functional teams.
4. Create financial reports using Oracle reporting tools.
5. Provide functional support to business and development teams.
6. Assist in ledger reconciliation during month-end and quarter-end processes.
7. Develop, execute, and troubleshoot test plans.
8. Train and support end-users for smooth system adoption.

Main Requirements:

1. Minimum 8 years of experience as an Oracle ERP Cloud Record to Report (R2R) Business Analyst/Solution Owner, focusing on analysis, configuration, and reporting.
2. Extensive experience with Oracle Financial modules, including GL, IC, SLA, and FA.
3. Good understanding of Procure to Pay (P2P) and Invoice to Cash (I2C) cycles, with knowledge of Oracle Payables, Receivables, Revenue Management, and Cash Management.
4. Ability to manage both technical and functional aspects effectively.
5. Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement and design discussions.
6. Proficiency in data migration tools such as FBDI and ADFdi.
7. Oracle Finance module certifications are a plus.
