Job summary

Accenture Cincinnati is seeking a Transformation Consultant with strong Oracle Cloud Financial Management and R2R expertise. You will guide design workshops, configure Financial Accounting Hub, and drive end-to-end Oracle Cloud transformation projects with client teams.

Travel may be required and you will collaborate with global teams to deliver integrated Oracle solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements and best practices.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Oracle Cloud Financial Management (incl. General Ledger and Financial Accounting Hub).
• Minimum of 2 years of end-to-end Record to Report business processes and Financial Accounting Hub configurations.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a functional advisory or consulting role on Oracle Cloud transformation project.
• Minimum of 1 full life-cycle implementation of Oracle Cloud FIN implementations.

Responsibilities

• Participate in design workshops with business stakeholders to understand Record to Report (R2R) requirements and demonstrate robust design.
• Help clients understand leading Record to Report processes including Financial Accounting Hub transformations.
• Lead design options using prototypes and advise on robust approaches for clients.
• Work with project team and client stakeholders to create Oracle Cloud-based Record to Report solutions.
• Lead a small project team to design, set up, test, and deploy Oracle Financial Accounting Hub solutions within an integrated environment.
