Qualifications

• Requires a four-year degree and six+ years of experience in electronic data processing systems analysis and design.
• Experience with Oracle Cloud ERP/Fusion, Unifier, eBuilder, and related DPW processes is essential.
• Familiarity with budgeting, finance, procurement, and capital projects within an ERP environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides timely technical support to end-users for Oracle Cloud ERP/Fusion applications.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve DPW capital project process issues using Oracle Unifier and related modules.
• Collaborate with business users to understand requirements and propose solutions.
• Assist with configuration, testing, and deployment of Unifier enhancements and integrations.
• Develop basic documentation for support procedures and issues.
• Monitor system performance and identify improvement areas.
• Participate in testing and validation of new features.
• Escalate complex issues with Oracle support as needed.
• Provide basic training on Oracle Cloud ERP/Fusion functionalities.
