Anne Arundel County seeks a full-time Oracle Cloud Harbor Functional Tester (Systems Programmer II) to coordinate functional testing for Oracle Cloud ERP/Fusion apps, including test-to-prod scenarios and quarterly patch testing. The role focuses on QA across Finance, Purchasing, and Budget modules and requires familiarity with county processes.

The ideal candidate will lead test design, manage defect tracking, support UAT, and collaborate with business users and Oracle support to validate fixes.

Qualifications

• Experience as Oracle Cloud ERP/Fusion Functional Tester or QA Lead.
• Knowledge of Oracle Cloud ERP/Fusion modules: Finance, Purchasing, Budget.
• Ability to design and execute test scenarios and regression tests.
• Understanding of quarterly patch testing cycles and testing methodologies.
• Experience with automated or manual test management and defect tracking.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate and execute Functional Testing Suites for Oracle Cloud ERP/Fusion applications.
• Lead test-to-prod functional testing and validate readiness across Finance, Purchasing, and Budget modules.
• Manage quarterly patch testing and evaluate functional updates.
• Collaborate with business users and functional leads to build and maintain test scenarios.
• Diagnose, document, and track defects through resolution.
• Assist with UAT coordination and support end-user validation sessions.
• Develop and maintain test execution plans, scripts, and QA documentation.
• Work with technical teams and Oracle support to verify patch fixes.
• Report progress, regressions, and quality metrics to stakeholders.
