Job summary

Cyberx Infosystem Global Hiring Solutions LLC seeks an experienced Oracle ERP Test Lead to drive end-to-end testing across Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP and Oracle E-Business Suite environments. You will own test strategy, planning, execution, defect management, and quality assurance while coordinating with multiple stakeholders.

The role focuses on leading SIT, UAT, regression, and performance testing, ensuring data integrity and smooth integrations with Finance, SCM, Manufacturing, and HCM modules.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of ERP testing experience with Oracle ERP solutions.

Job Overview

The Oracle ERP Test Lead is responsible for leading end-to-end testing activities across Oracle ERP implementations, upgrades, migrations, and integrations. This role oversees test strategy, planning, execution, defect management, and quality assurance across Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP and/or Oracle E-Business Suite environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the overall testing strategy and test management for Oracle ERP implementations, upgrades, and transformation programs.
• Develop comprehensive test strategies, test plans, test scenarios, test cases, and execution schedules.
• Coordinate testing across Oracle Financials, SCM, Procurement, Manufacturing, HCM, Projects, and other integrated modules.
• Lead System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Regression Testing, End-to-End Testing, Smoke Testing, and Performance Testing.
• Validate Oracle ERP business processes, configurations, workflows, reports, interfaces, integrations, and data flows.
• Coordinate with functional consultants, technical teams, business stakeholders, developers, integration teams, and external vendors.
• Manage test environments, test data, testing dependencies, and readiness activities.
• Review and validate test cases to ensure adequate coverage of business requirements and solution designs.
• Lead defect identification, triage, prioritization, root-cause analysis, resolution tracking, and closure.
• Monitor testing progress, quality metrics, defect trends, risks, issues, and overall test readiness.
• Establish entry and exit criteria for each testing phase and provide go/no-go recommendations.
• Coordinate UAT activities with business users and ensure successful completion and sign-off.
• Validate integrations between Oracle ERP and third-party applications, legacy systems, middleware, banking platforms, tax systems, and reporting solutions.
• Support data migration testing, reconciliation, conversion validation, and post-migration verification.
• Ensure testing coverage for Oracle quarterly updates, patches, enhancements, and production releases.
• Lead regression testing and impact analysis for Oracle ERP changes and new functionality.
• Prepare testing status reports, dashboards, defect reports, executive summaries, and quality metrics.
• Support cutover, deployment, hypercare, and post-production validation activities.
• Establish testing standards, methodologies, templates, and quality assurance processes across the Oracle ERP program.
• Identify testing risks and recommend mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in ERP testing, with significant experience testing Oracle ERP solutions.
• Strong experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP and/or Oracle E-Business Suite.
• Hands-on experience leading SIT, UAT, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.
• Strong understanding of Oracle ERP business processes and cross-module integrations.
• Experience developing test strategies, test plans, test scenarios, and test cases.
• Experience with defect management and test management tools such as Jira, ALM, Quality Center, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Experience coordinating testing across large-scale ERP transformation programs.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Experience working with distributed teams, business users, system integrators, and technical teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Oracle Cloud implementation, Oracle EBS upgrades, or ERP modernization programs.
• Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), APIs, web services, and third-party integrations.
• Experience with Oracle data migration and reconciliation testing.
• Knowledge of automated testing tools and frameworks for Oracle applications.
• Experience supporting Oracle quarterly release testing.
• Oracle certifications in relevant functional or technical areas are preferred.
• Experience in large enterprise, public-sector, healthcare, financial services, manufacturing, or supply-chain environments is a plus.
