Job summary

Alithya is seeking an Oracle Cloud ERP Technical Lead to join our Center of Excellence. You will lead design and development of Oracle ERP cloud implementations for IT operations, business processes, security, and data integrity, while mentoring offshore teams and coordinating with clients.

You will drive technical design, ensure milestones, and foster best practices across multiple client projects in a fast-paced, sprint-driven environment.

Qualifications

• B.Tech/BE/M.Tech/MCA in computer science or information systems from an accredited university.
• Minimum 10 years of experience with Oracle applications, including 2 years with Oracle Cloud ERP as a technical lead or manager.
• Minimum 5 years of experience with ERP or Cloud Data Conversion processes, inbound/outbound integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Oracle SOA, BI Publisher, PaaS ICS.
• Experience leading full life cycle Oracle Cloud implementations for large complex client delivery.
• Experience with SQL and PL/SQL, OTBI, BIP, RTF templates, FBDI and HDL and Workflow tools.
• Deep knowledge of Oracle Financials and/or HCM modules (AP, AR, GL, Procurement, Core HR, Payroll, Benefits).
• Oracle Cloud Application Technology Certification.

Responsibilities

• Manage offshore team members in design and development of Oracle Cloud ERP, HCM, SCP integrations, data conversions and reports.
• Lead development activities in a cross-functional environment with enterprise teams and third-party vendors.
• Communicate blockers, dependencies, risks, and status to project stakeholders.
• Create and maintain accurate technical design documents in a standardized format.
• Lead and mentor offshore development teams and manage technical activities for multiple client projects.
• Participate in estimation of technical activities following best practices.
• Assist in developing standards, procedures, and processes.
