Job summary

Alithya in Austin, TX is seeking an Oracle Cloud ERP Project Manager to lead end-to-end Fusion Cloud implementations across Financials, SCM, and HCM. You will drive planning, design, testing, and deployment with cross-functional teams and clients.

You’ll manage schedules in Microsoft Project, govern environments (PROD/DEV/TEST), coordinate global resources, and track budgets, risks, and change requests. The role requires strong communication with executives and a collaborative, delivery-first

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
3+ years Oracle ERP implementation experience.
5+ years ERP project management experience.
Strong with Microsoft 365 tools and PM software.
Excellent communication with executives and clients.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end Oracle Cloud Fusion implementations across Financials, SCM and HCM.
Develop and maintain project schedules using Microsoft Project.
Lead environment strategy across PROD, TEST and DEV instances.
Liaise between client and Oracle account managers to resolve blockers.
Direct cross-functional delivery teams across time zones.
Manage program financials, budgets, forecasts, and burn rate.
Govern scope, risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests.
Collaborate with process owners to align with business goals.
Oversee testing, data conversion, cutover, hypercare and stabilization.
