Job summary

Veriipro is seeking an experienced Oracle ERP Data Conversion Lead to manage end-to-end data migration activities for Oracle Cloud ERP implementations. You will define strategy, oversee mapping, cleansing, validation, and reconciliation.

You will coordinate with functional and technical teams, drive conversion plans, support SIT/UAT and go-live, ensure robust error handling, and deliver reconciliation reports for testing and audit needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of Oracle Cloud ERP experience.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle conversion tools: FBDI, HDL, ADFDI, Oracle Visual Builder Add-in for Excel, Import Objects.
• Experience with ERP data objects: Customers, AR Invoices, AP Invoices, Suppliers, Banks, Project Tasks, Contract Lines, Project Contract Billing.
• Strong end-to-end data migration and reconciliation knowledge.
• Excellent cross-functional coordination and communication with technical and functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead overall data conversion strategy, including mapping, cleansing, validation, and reconciliation.
• Develop and manage conversion plans with tasks, dependencies, and milestones.
• Lead execution of data migration in collaboration with functional, technical, and conversion teams.
• Support SIT, UAT, unit testing, and post-go-live validation.
• Ensure effective error handling, logging, and troubleshooting processes.
• Validate migrated data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
• Create reconciliation and validation reports for testing and audit needs.
• Coordinate with project managers and ERP stream leads.
• Support cutover, go-live, and hypercare activities as needed.
