Your role, your impact

As an Oracle Cloud ERP Technical Lead, you will lead the design and development of Oracle ERP Cloud implementations related to IT operations, business processes, security, and data integrity for applications. 1. Coordinate development activities in a cross-functional environment, including teams spanning the enterprise and third-party vendors;
2. Supervise onshore and offshore development teams, and manage technical activities for multiple client projects;
3. Manage team members in the design and development of Oracle Cloud ERP and HCM application integrations, data conversions and reports;
4. Communicate blockers, dependencies, risks and status to all project stakeholders;
5. Create and maintain accurate and unambiguous technical design documents;
6. Mentor developers in technical design and oversee the day-to-day activities of Oracle Cloud engagements;
7. Guide team members, develop their talent, and challenge the status quo to achieve positive project outcomes;
8. Participate in the estimation of technical activities by following best practices and industry guidelines;
9. Update and track budgets against actuals of technical activities in project financial documentation, and provide a weekly status report;
10. Act as the gatekeeper of all technical project activities and ensure the quality of deliverables;
11. Assist with the development of standards, procedures and processes for optimum delivery of technical components of our client projects.

Keys to your success

1. Minimum of 10 years of experience with Oracle applications, including 2 years of experience working with Oracle Cloud ERP applications as a technical lead or manager;
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience with ERP or Cloud data conversion processes, inbound and outbound integrations, using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Oracle SOA, BI Publisher and PaaS Integration Cloud Service (ICS);
3. Experience leading full life cycle Oracle Cloud implementations for large complex client deliveries;
4. Experience with SQL and PL/SQL, OTBI, BIP, RTF templates, FBDI and HDL and workflow tools;
5. Experience operating in Agile and Waterfall project environments;
6. Strong knowledge of software development principles, processes, concepts and techniques;
7. Knowledge of Java, XML, JDeveloper, Visual Builder Cloud Service, Groovy Scripting, and Cloud Framework native to Oracle Fusion Applications;
8. Deep technical knowledge (table level) of Oracle Financials and/or HCM modules (e.g., AP, AR, GL, Procurement, CM, Core HR, Payroll and Benefits);
9. Deep understanding of REST and SOAP APIs, Oracle Cloud ERP and ETL-based integrations;
10. High-level knowledge of the Oracle Cloud Fusion Security framework.
11. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, software engineering or a related field;
12. Certification in Oracle Cloud application technology.
