Job summary

Oracle is seeking a Cloud Technical Consultant to lead cloud delivery and provide trusted technical guidance to North American clients. The role blends technical architecture, data migration, integration, and reporting across ERP, HCM, SCM, or CX modules, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences both remote and on-location.

Qualifications

• Deep understanding of Oracle SaaS Architecture, Data Migration, Integration, Reporting, and Extensions.
• Excellent client relationship management with empathetic, consultative approach.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to varied audiences.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience delivering cloud projects with remote and on-site teams.
• Experience in sales discovery, solution design, and deal support.
• Drive innovation and continuous improvement across cloud solutions.
• Foundational knowledge of OCI and security basics (IDCS, SAML, OAUTH).

Responsibilities

• Operates independently to provide quality work products to an engagement.
• Applies Oracle methodology and leading practices to deliver functional and technical solutions.
• May act as the team lead on projects and consults with customer management.
• Participates in business development and develops detailed solutions for projects.
