Job Description

Individual core contributor responsible for participating in the architectural design, development, customization, implementation, and support of enterprise business systems. Supports the primary business functions of a healthcare organization in the areas of finance, human resources, and supply chain.

Responsibilities

Develops ERP system enhancements and interfaces as required by the business using recognized system development methodologies, with a focus on the Oracle Fusion Cloud application suite. Develops and maintains work flows, Portal and ESS/MSS customizations, and custom Oracle Fusion enhancements as necessary. Conducts unit testing and helps coordinate end user acceptance on all system changes. Prepares necessary documentation and training materials required to support ERP enhancements. Supports core ERP systems and their related integration points.

Partners with application owners, ERP team members, and end users to identify opportunities to improve the functionality of corporate ERP systems. Develops technical recommendations to address business needs based on functional specifications.

Ensures timely response and resolution of emergency production questions, issues, and defects. Properly documents and notifies appropriate application owners and IT management.

Provides technical input on proposed projects and initiatives. Participates in technical requirements definition, vendor evaluation/selection, and technical project implementation planning.

Provides mentoring and technical leadership to members of the ERP production support team as it pertains to corporate ERP applications.

Adheres to the highest degree of professional standards and strict confidentiality in matters that require discretion.

Qualifications

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:

EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related field

YEARS OF EXPERIENCE:

• 6+ years experience in medium to large size corporate environment with increasing levels of responsibility and complexity of projects and applications.

• 4+ years recent experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud development and support

REQUIRED SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:

• Technical development expertise in an Oracle Fusion Cloud environment, including:

  • Experience with JavaScript, HTML, XML, SQL, Unix, and BI Reporting
  • Employee/Manager Self-Service
  • Oracle Integration Cloud
  • Oracle Fusion administration and security


• Experience interfacing with multiple systems on a variety of platforms

• Finance background with experience in GL, AP, AR, cost accounting, capital and business planning (preferred)

• Supply Chain background with experience in Procurement and Inventory management(preferred)

• Functional expertise in current Oracle Fusion Cloud applications - finance, human capital management, or supply chain (preferred)

• Extensive experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Access, Word)

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Team oriented, flexible, and able to work in an ambiguous and/or changing work environment

• Prior healthcare experience (preferred)

LICENSES & CERTIFICATIONS:

Oracle application/technical certifications a plu
