Job summary

Red Clay Consulting seeks a Techno-Functional Senior Consultant to drive Oracle Utilities CC&B/CCS/MDM initiatives with a focus on design, development, and testing. You will collaborate with client teams and Red Clay leadership to refine backlogs and deliver prioritized enhancements using agile processes.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of Oracle Utilities experience, strong SQL skills, and proficiency in Java and JavaScript to implement Billing and Meter-to-Cash solutions for utility

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience implementing and/or supporting Oracle Utilities CC&B/CCS/CCS solutions.
• Utility industry experience.
• Strong product knowledge of Oracle Utilities CC&B/CCS, including design, development, configuration and enhancements.
• Programming experience with Java and JavaScript.
• Deep understanding of Meter-to-Cash flow and Billing.
• Strong knowledge of SQL.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a Techno-Functional Senior Consultant for the Oracle Utilities solution set (CCS, CC&B, MDM).
• Collaborate with Red Clay Lead and Project Manager to identify, quantify, and prioritize backlog enhancements.
• Adopt client’s agile SDLC for Oracle Utilities enhancements.
• Design, develop, test, and deliver prioritized enhancements.
• Support definition and execution of test scenarios and test cases.
• Liaise between client IT and business teams to gather and validate requirements and proposed solutions.
• Provide guidance and knowledge transfer to client IT resources.
• Advise client on technical best practices and product features.
• Support troubleshooting, debugging, and defect resolution.
• Support evolution of Red Clay’s delivery methodology through project feedback.

Serve as a Techno-Functional Senior Consultant for the Client’s Oracle Utilities solution which consists of

• Oracle Customer Cloud Service (CCS)


• Oracle Customer Care and Billing (CC&B)


• Oracle Meter Data Management (MDM)


• Collaborate with the Red Clay Lead and Project Manager to support client in identifying, quantifying, and prioritizing enhancements for backlog refinement


• Adopt client’s agile SDLC for Oracle Utilities enhancements


• Design, develop, test, and deliver prioritized enhancements


• Support client in the definition and execution of test scenarios and test cases


• Liaise between client IT and business teams to gather and validate requirements and proposed solutions


• Provide guidance, direction, and knowledge transfer (KT) to client IT resources to enable internal development of enhancements


• Advise client on technical best practices and product features


• Support troubleshooting, debugging, and defect resolution for enhancements


• Support evolution of Red Clay’s delivery methodology and capabilities through feedback from current and previous projects

Required Skills & Qualifications:
