Job summary

Enbridge in Salt Lake City seeks a Programmer Analyst (Specialist I IT Product Owner) to support Oracle CC&B systems and related interfaces, providing technical expertise, development, and project delivery support.

You will design enhancements, develop and test changes, lead complex projects, and collaborate across business and IT teams to meet standards and drive value. Travel up to 25% may be required.

Qualifications

• University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or a two-year technical diploma with relevant experience.
• Six or more years of IT application development experience with Java and enterprise support.
• Advanced SQL development skills and Oracle database experience.
• Strong XML, data integration, Linux, scripting, and Eclipse proficiency.
• Able to analyze complex problems and serve as a subject matter expert.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a technical expert for Oracle CC&B with analysis, development, maintenance, and production support.
• Design, develop, test, debug, and document app enhancements, integrations and improvements.
• Lead and support complex projects, manage priorities, risks, issues, and provide status updates.
