Infosys is hiring an Oracle CC&B Tech Consultant in New Jersey to drive domain-driven IT architecture and integration across utility ecosystems. You will align CC&B implementations with client goals, develop architectural artifacts, and guide multi-system integration with ERP, GIS, and data platforms.

The role emphasizes scalable design, performance optimization, and proactive problem solving in US markets, with relocation/travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience of at least 1 or 2 full-cycle implementations for a utility with hands-on technical and deployment experience in Oracle CC&B.
• Experience with CC&B integration with ERP, WAM, MWM, MDM, GIS, etc.
• Knowledge of Oracle CC&B Product Architecture, Oracle PIP, Data Model, Oracle Utilities Application Framework.

Responsibilities

• Perform business analysis using advanced techniques to identify strategic opportunities and optimize value chains.
• Evaluate IT solutions and guide technology decisions aligned with client goals.
• Create documentation and articulate complex technical concepts for stakeholders.

In the assigned Job Role of Domain Consultant 3, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below

• Perform business analysis projects using advanced techniques (e.g., predictive analytics, scenario modelling) to identify strategic opportunities within the domain, influencing long‑term decisions and value chain optimization
• Perform detailed evaluations of IT solutions, leveraging domain expertise to assess effectiveness and alignment with client goals, guiding strategic technology decisions
• Create documentation for systems, ensuring precision and thoroughness, while leading efforts to articulate sophisticated technical concepts for diverse stakeholders
• Perform specialized research on third‑party products, providing in‑depth insights on features, performance, and integration capabilities to ensure alignment with client needs and industry standards
• Create solution architectures and develop comprehensive architectural diagrams, ensuring scalability, resilience, and integration with existing infrastructure.
• Run the technical aspects of implementation by applying domain knowledge and ensuring scalable optimal system performance. Design and execute maintenance strategies to ensure long‑term system reliability

Required Skill and Experience

• Experience of at least 1 or 2 full‑cycle implementation for a utility (Power/Water/Swear Water Domain) with hands on technical and deployment experience in Oracle CC&B.
• Experience with process integration of CC&B with other utility enterprise and operational systems such as core ERP, WAM, MWM, MDM, GIS etc.
• Experience in Oracle CC&B Product Architecture , Oracle PIP, Data Model, Oracle Utilities Application Framework
• Exposure to US (Regulated and De‑Regulated) Markets
• Experience in CC&B Application Development Frame works

Preferred Skill and Experience

• Experience in Batch Programming, Algorithm, UI Maps, BO/MO, Change Handlers, Service Scripts ,Business Scripts, BPA Script ,Application Service, User Exits (Java/HTML/JSP/XML) and web services development.

Additional Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.

Estimated annual compensation range for candidate based in Newport, NJ will be min $134406 to max $174728
