Job summary

Accenture is seeking an Oracle B2B Functional Lead to design and deliver Oracle B2B solutions, including eB2B, order fulfillment use cases, and end-user enablement. Hybrid role with three days in the office, with hiring locations in Atlanta, Dallas, or Tampa.

You will gather requirements, configure Oracle Cloud, support testing, and collaborate with business, analytics, and technical teams to ensure successful go-live and adoption.

Qualifications

• 8+ years as Functional Lead/Consultant in Oracle implementations.
• 4+ years experience with Oracle B2B Lead-to-Order.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead functional solution design for Oracle B2B configurations.
• Conduct requirements gathering and fit-gap analysis with stakeholders.
• Own Oracle Cloud configuration to align with processes.
• Support testing activities including test design and defect triage.
• Enable end-users via training and change enablement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure delivery quality.
• Drive go-live readiness with complete, traceable documentation.
