Accenture is seeking an Oracle B2B Functional Lead to drive solution design and delivery for Oracle B2B (eB2B / B2B integration and order fulfillment) within a hybrid work model. You will own requirements, cloud configuration, testing support, and end-user enablement while coordinating with business, technical, and project stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years as a Functional Lead/Consultant in Oracle implementations, with 4 years in B2B Lead-to-Order or similar.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (12 years total).
• Experience with Oracle Cloud configurations and end-to-end order fulfillment processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead functional solution design for Oracle B2B capabilities, translating business needs into configurations and flows.
• Conduct requirements gathering and fit-gap analysis with stakeholders.
• Own Oracle Cloud configuration to align with standards and business objectives.
• Support testing activities including test design and defect triage.
• Enable users via training and change enablement to ensure adoption.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure delivery quality.
• Drive go-live readiness with complete requirements, configurations and docs.
