Job summary

PwC is seeking an Oracle Application Security & Controls Manager to lead teams delivering security and compliance solutions for Oracle applications. You will analyze client needs, implement controls, and mentor staff to ensure quality and on-time delivery.

You will also guide governance frameworks and regulatory advisement, while strengthening client relationships and expanding opportunities within our Technology Consulting practice. Proven leadership and collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
4+ years of experience in Oracle security/compliance or related consulting.
Proficiency with Oracle E-Business Suite.
Ability to lead teams and manage client accounts.
Strong communication and mentoring skills.

Responsibilities

Lead security implementations within Oracle applications to improve compliance and data protection.
Analyze client requirements to craft tailored compliance and security solutions.
Guide teams through audits and documentation processes.
Develop and implement compliance programs and governance frameworks.
Advise on regulatory compliance and corporate governance.
Coach team members to maximize performance and client satisfaction.
